Davenport Plus Limited is a furniture manufacturing and interior design company that designs and builds home interiors for residential schemes and create exceptional workspaces for commercial clients across Nigeria.

How We Work?
Our biggest advantage is that we offer a one-stop solution studio for all interior decor needs. When it comes to corporate projects we keep ‘productivity’ and ‘functionality’ at the forefront of the design process. Our goal is to help our clients transform their business through a well-designed workspace that inspires their team.
BRIEFING & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We listen to the client's initial ideas to furnish a space. If the client has specific requirements then their needs and preferences are carefully documented. If they do not have any specifications, we explore and refine ideas with the client till we reach resolution on the concept.
SITE VISITS
At this stage our team visits the site for space planning and to take measurements.
DESIGN PRESENTATION
We present the concept in the form of mood boards and a technical drawing package. At this stage we provide product options in line with the concept and a comprehensive BOQ.
PRODUCTION
Once the BOQ and technical drawings are approved by the client. The production team provides a sample to the client to sign off on the finishes. Production is executed as per schedule. Time invested at this stage ensures the delivery of high quality finished products.
INSTALLATION & FINAL HANDOVER
An experienced team of installers are deployed supervised by an architect on site for installation ensuring a seamless handover to our clients. Once completed the client is handed a Job Completion Certificate which is signed off by both parties.
